Appraise Ohio is affiliated with more well respected Licensed and/or Certified Appraisers than any other appraisal firm in Ohio.  Even our Operations Manager holds an Appraisal Certification.  This translates into the most reliable, dependable and accurate appraisal for our clients, investors, underwriters and the courts.  Remember, Ohio law and Federal guidelines limit an appraiser who holds a simple license (not certified) to transactions of less than $1,000,000 for single family homes and less than $250,000 for complex assignments.  Complex assignments can include condominiums, multi-unit buildings and PUD's; so please check their credentials before you order the appraisal. 

The Appraise Ohio team completes thousands of appraisals and appraisal reviews each year.  Every report is reviewed by two certified appraisers before submission to our client.  Even with this type of workflow, we still maintain our usual turn time, quality and our sanity.

We are approved with virtually every lender nationally including appraisal management companies.
