Qualifications For Assignments:

I completed all of my Real Estate Appraisal course work at Hondros College.  After completing the law enforcement certification process from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Council I realized that my passion was actually in analyzing real estate.  I was also active with the U.S. Army Reserve between January 1996 and January 2001.

I have been specializing in residential appraisal including single family, duplexes and multi-family buildings.  In January of 2001, I began my affiliation with APPRAISE OHIO.  This affiliation afforded me the ability to have a full support staff including multiple licensed or certified appraisers and office personnel.     

Assignments:

My extensive Real Estate education and appraisal background confirms that I am qualified for all types of residential appraisal, Real Estate investment analysis, and quality control reviews of other appraisers.  During the past 4+ years, I have completed thousands of appraisal assignments for a wide variety of clients and I view myself as pivotal in ensuring the success of my client base and helping them to achieve their short and long term goals.  I have provided these services to banks, mortgage & finance companies, attorneys and private individuals.
