Appraisal orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours after we see the home and can be emailed instantly to you or your underwriter. This translates into the most reliable, dependable and accurate appraisal for our clients, investors, underwriters and the courts.  Remember, Ohio law and Federal guidelines limit an appraiser who holds a simple license (not certified) to transactions of less than $1,000,000 for single family homes and less than $250,000 for complex assignments.  Complex assignments can include condominiums, multi-unit buildings and PUD's; so please check their credentials before you order the appraisal.
