Jim's interest in Real Estate began many years ago while owning and operating a Columbus, Ohio based small business between 1981 and 1997. Jim holds two (2) Bachelor of Science Degrees from The Ohio State University and has completed extensive Real Estate course work through the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Hondros College.

Jim has an extensive knowledge of the Central Ohio Real Estate market and market trends. He has experience is all aspects of Residential Appraisal including FHA assignments. He has provided his appraisal services to all branches of the financial community.
