Education & Background

Keith started his education in Real Estate back in 1982 at Columbus State Community College, where he received an Associate Degree in Real Estate; he later received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate from Franklin University. Keith holds both a Real Estate Appraisal License & Appraisal Certification along with a Real Estate Sales License. From 1987 through 1996, he owned and operated two businesses simultaneously here in Columbus, Ohio. He is also currently on the Advisory Committee for the Appraisal Degree Program at Columbus State Community College. As a member of this committee, Keith assists in developing the curriculum and program requirements.

Experience & Specialization

His extensive Real Estate education and Appraisal experience confirms that he is qualified for all types of residential appraisal, including single family homes, FHA, duplexes, multi-family buildings, Real Estate investment analysis, quality control reviews of other appraisers, legal research and expert testimony. These services are provided on a regular basis to banks, mortgage & finance companies, attorneys, domestic, probate & bankruptcy courts, private individuals, city, county, state and federal agencies.
