Lori J. Austin

Education & Background

Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and has completed real estate coursework at the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Hondros College. She has a very diverse backgroud in banking, finance, real estate and information services. Along with managing branch offices in retail banking; she has worked in many aspects of the real estate industry. Lori has experience as a loan officer, closing agent and review appraiser. She also fully understands underwriting guidelines for conforming, non-conforming and FHA loans which is essential knowledge in the Real Estate Appraisal field.

Management Specialization

Lori is the management force behind APPRAISE OHIO. She organizes each appraiser in the field as well as office all personnel. She maintains all of the scheduling, the information services, appraisal review and keeps a hand in lender, attorney and realtor relationship building.
